Kara J. Trott
Director
Kara’s passion is enabling people to live their best life. The company she founded, Quantum Health, exists so that no one navigates a healthcare journey alone with a mission of making people feel loved and cared for during their healthcare journey by taking care of all complicated coordination and support they encounter. Through Life Leap, she is extending her personal mission to enable people who have experienced significant and traumatic challenges change the trajectory of their life.
In addition to Life Leap and her continued work as Founder and Board Chair of Quantum Health, Kara is currently Vice Chair of Ohio Wesleyan University, Vice Chair of the Governing Board of Make-A-Wish (Ohio Kentucky Indiana), and a member of the Foundation Board of The Ohio State University and the national council of the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. She and her husband, Bob Philips, also personally support numerous causes related to education, health, social welfare and the arts both in Columbus, Ohio, and Charleston, South Carolina where they split their time.
